DONATION REQUESTS

The Washington Wild Things intend to reach out to the community in a variety of ways, including fulfilling donation requests. The Wild Things are pleased to offer assistance to a wide variety of charitable and community organizations, youth baseball interests and schools, and we appreciate your interest in including the Wild Things in your special event. Below are the procedures and guidelines regarding donations.

 

Procedures:
All donation requests must be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. No telephone requests will be accepted. To complete this program, written requests may be submitted on the organization's official letterhead along with the completed downloadable donation request form OR fill out the boxes below.

 

Because of the level of interest and enthusiasm surrounding the Wild Things and the number of requests the team receives, the team will only be able to assist organizations once per calendar year. Furthermore, due to the volume of requests, the team and front office personnel reserve the right to use their discretion on all requests, and while not often, some may not be fulfilled. All charitable donations will be granted directly to the organizations benefiting from the Wild Things' involvement. The Wild Things do not provide assistance through fundraising companies or third-party representatives.
