MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUESTS

The Washington Wild Things welcome the media. It is our goal to make your job covering our events as easy as possible. To obtain media credentials, please note the following information:

Please complete the form below, which will be sent upon completion to the team's Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations, Kyle Dawson, who will review the submission and be in contact with approval/denial. Requests for credentials must be submitted at least 10 days in advance of the event. If that is not possible, submit and send an email to kdawson@washingtonwildthings.com or call 724-579-1084 explaining the situation in order to have the process for approval sped up.

Submitting this request does not guarantee you will receive or be granted a media credential or access to the event. You will receive follow-up confirmation of the receipt of your request as well as the decision prior to the event you are requesting access for.

Please note: Credential will not be issued without the approval of your Editor/Director. Issuance of this credential is at the sole discretion of the Washington Wild Things.

By filling out the below form, you agree to the following terms:

• Any photos/video taken by me at this event will be used in the performance of my duties/responsibilities with the company listed in the form and will not be resold.

• I agree to wear a Washington Wild Things credential at all time while in the stadium

• I agree to comply with any and all instructions given to me by Washington Wild Things officials.

• I agree to reference the Washington Wild Things in all printed and aired work as a result of my assignment.

Any violation of these terms or instructions set forth by Wild Things personnel during the event will result in immediate revocation of your credential. The Wild Things reserve the right to determine, at their sole discretion, what determines the violation of these terms.
